The registration does not support all the item I purchased, I got a PROTECTOR for the mattress, to support the warrantee. I have not had the items very long, but I have enjoyed the good night sleep. Great product, It takes some getting use to for adjusting both the head & feet level before going to sleep, but we will work it out.

My name is Bill Edney. I recently visited your store and tried the Tempuric Soft mattress. When we tested it in the store, it was incredibly soft, which led us to purchase it along with the base. However, when the mattress was delivered, it was the complete opposite-it is extremely firm. We even checked the label, thinking we had received the wrong mattress.
This mattress is causing us severe discomfort. My wife is in so much pain that she has been sleeping on the floor since it arrived. I wake up every morning with my whole body aching. When I contacted the store, I was informed that your policy only allows exchanges after 60 days because the mattress needs time to release a gel.
I am over 60 years old, and this situation is unbearable. The salesperson never informed us of this, and if we had known, we would never have made this purchase. Now, are we really expected to suffer for 60 days? My wife is unable to work due to the pain and is taking medication just to cope.
More than just sales and commissions, it is crucial to consider the well-being of your customers. We urgently need your help to resolve this situation. Please, we need to get back to a normal life, sleep well, and stop taking pain medication. Please let us know how you can assist us.

Started sleeping on the mattress and feeling it out without judgment as it takes time to adapt to the new feel.
It's been 6 months and it does not give any extra relief or feel super comfy. It feels like a good mattress that keeps my posture straight. That's it.
I have back issues and it does not help with any of that, a great mattress should .
For the price it has, I want that same feeling we all had as kids when we jumped in our parents beds.

This mattress came highly recommended. After MUCH research, we eventually decided to visit our local store. We had an exceptional experience with David's Home and Sleep Center in Batesville, AR. A big shout out to Norene who spent a lot of time with us and answered so many questions. We eventually decided on the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. The mattress was in stock and there was no wait time to get it home. Although Norene and David said that we need to give at least a two week "break in time", our first night went extremely well. I slept very well and expect that it will only get better. I am excited about a continued great experience. I will also say that the warranty is such a great aspect of the purchased product.

I bought a firm mattress a long time ago from some unknown brand and thought that this is what firm is. But now that I have sleeping on this mattress for almost a month now. Firm is so good it is hard but when you lay there the mattress slowly cups you and gives me so much support.

This mattress has been life-changing for both of us. My wife used to throw out her back a lot with our old mattress, but since we got the Tempur-Pedic, that hasn't happened once. We went with the medium-firm option, and it's perfect-not too hard, not too soft. It gives amazing support and pressure relief, and we both wake up feeling refreshed and pain-free. The motion isolation is also fantastic-I don't even notice when she moves at night. This mattress has been worth every penny for the difference it's made in our sleep and overall health.

This mattress allows me to sleep on my side without hip pain while letting my partner sleep on stomach without back pain in the morning. Feels cool when you first get into bed. What I don't like is how the corners and some edges fo not sit down tight on the platform. This causes bottom sheets to fit loosely rather than staying taut overnight and I have to
strip and totally remake the bed each day.

I am generally very comfortable sleeping on this mattress and get a good night's sleep. However, I wish it was a bit firmer than it is. I tried the "Firm" version, and it's very hard - very little give. The medium has a LOT of give. I wish there was something in-between where I didn't sink it quite as much, but still had some "give" to it. Otherwise, it's a good mattress.

This wasn't the mattress I originally shopped for but my husband liked its firmness so I agreed. Having osteoarthritis, I rarely slept through the night because of pain in my hips. Since I have been sleeping on this mattress I have had no pain while sleeping.

Medium firmness felt great for first few months, after about 6 months, edges started to slope, wide and I felt like we were leaning and falling towards the outside edges. Not sure if we got a defective mattress or if that's how they are constructed. Feels medium right in middle but soft as you move from the center towards the sides. At the price tag, these should hold up much better in my opinion.

I gave this bed a 4 rating only because of the way the top sheet/blankets come untucked when adjusted. It here has got to be a way to fix it so top coverings remain down or under matresses.

The first few nights I slept on my new bed I was not convinced. I was concerned that I'd spent a lot of money and made a big mistake. But I've had it about a month now and I have become a firm believer. I am sleeping better than I have in years. I flop around way less and don't wake up every time my cats jump on the bed! I can even sleep on my arthritic shoulder. As you lay in one spot you get enveloped in the bed but feel totally supported. I wish I had gotten one of these mattresses years ago. It really has made a big difference in my life as I sleep more soundly and longer than I used to.

The bed is of great quality and was packaged very well. There was no off-gassing smell as with some brands. We were told that it would soften after a month or two but is too hard to allow for comfortable sleep. I was waking up with back and hip pain so I added a topper until it softens. In hindsight I might have gotten the Breeze with the Lux or just a medium instead.

I've been dealing with chronic lower back pain for years and suspected my 15-year-old mattress was part of the problem. After researching extensively and testing mattresses in-store, we decided to invest in a king-size Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattress. Unfortunately, after two months, it became clear that the mattress was too soft and didn't help my back pain.
Still believing in Tempur-Pedic's reputation, we opted to exchange it for the Medium model, the next firmness level up. Since the exchange was a final sale, we relied on a brief in-store test to make the decision. However, the challenge with mattresses is that lying on one for a few minutes in a store doesn't compare to sleeping on it for months.
After almost two months on the Medium model, the mattress began to feel as soft as the hybrid we'd just returned, and my back pain persisted. Out of desperation, I tried sleeping on a thin mat on the floor, and within two days, I felt significant relief. But when I returned to the mattress, my back pain came back almost immediately.
This experience has led me to believe I need a much firmer mattress. Unfortunately, with the exchange being final and the mattress being a significant investment, I'm now stuck with a mattress that isn't working for me.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? I'd love to hear advice or suggestions for alternative solutions.

I tried 4 different mattresses (Purple, Nectar, Dream Cloud & Saatva Rx) before the Tempurpedic. This mattress truly does help my scoliosis and sciatica. It is a hybrid with coils that are very firm in the lower back and yet soft enough at the top for a side-sleeper to avoid shoulder problems. Outstanding mattress and quite luxurious!

This is my second mattress and it is not as firm as my first one. They make them much softer than they used to be. It is still comfortable but not as firm. Disappointed over that. But I still think this brand out weighs all the others. And yes still recommend!!

Please MEASURE your mattress. I purchased a King size ProAdapt Tempur Pedic Medium and the width was 8 inches smaller than the dimensions per it's own tag, hence it floated on the frame. I claimed it under the warranty and they sent me a replacement but it was also smaller than the bed, a bit larger than the 1st but still not meeting the correct dimensions. I claimed it again and a 3rd replacement was sent and to my surprise, again smaller than it should be, this time 5inches. 3 mattresses and all 3 had different dimensions even though it was the same model.

We used our first mattress for a bit over 10 years (it developed a sag finally after the warranty expired). We purchased a similar one to replace it. Customer service identified the most comparable currrent mattress to the one we had. The store (Kenwood Mall, Cincinnati) had a good selection, and the salesperson (Brandon) did a great job explaining the mattress differences and encouraging us to try each of them to firm up our decision. The mattress is great. We lover sleeping on it. The delivery personnel were on time, clean, courteous and careful of our carpets and walls. They took the old mattress and all of the packaging materials. Terrific. The worst part of our experience was completing the product registration on the Tempur-Pedic website a few days later. Only then did we learn that we needed a serial number from the mattress that was somewhere to be found under the zipped cover of the mattress. The serial number was not provided with delivery paperwork, and neither the delivery personnel or paperwork suggested capturing this number before we did all the work to make our bed (which is a two-person job considering the weight and size of this mattress). We didn't appreciate this rework and oversight.
